We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination; international shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout

• Returns: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds/Replacements: We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for any faulty item within 28 days of purchase.

• Non-returnable items: We are unable to offer returns for change of mind or general wear and tear once used.
